A private, one-to-one video session tailored to your needs. We can review current concerns, follow up on CHI-Fractal or other health analyses, and guide you through individualized practices—breathing, meditation, and sound-supported healing—toward clear next steps for sleep, stress, energy, and clarity. Wellness guidance, not a medical diagnosis.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation Your booking is confirmed by email with a reschedule/cancel link. The calendar shows your local timezone—please double-check. Rescheduling / Cancellation Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment (use the link in your email). Changes within 24 hours are treated as a late cancellation and may be charged in full or deducted from your package credit. No-Show If you don’t attend and haven’t cancelled, it’s a no-show and may be charged in full or counted as a used session. Punctuality Please arrive/join on time. Late arrival may shorten your session; arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rebooked and may be charged.
